With the paint cured, I spent a few minutes removing the tape from the waterline and boottop, and reassembled the spray gun.  The paint was too fresh to consider any further painting steps, but I looked forward to spraying the boottop on the 'morrow.

In any event, things looked even better with the tape and paper removed, even though the boottop was not complete.
