During the summer and fall of 2005, we began site work and construction of a new 40' x 60' boat shop that, when complete, would house our complete operation.

The new shop opened for business in April, 2006.  Lackey Sailing and Northern Yacht Restoration have a full slate of projects on site for the winter of 2006-2007
