The progress reports are designed to allow you to find the newest updates and projects quickly and easily.  Links in each week's report lead to detailed project pages.  The logs are updated once a week and are usually posted on Sunday morning.

Unbuilding

The project begins with demolition and equipment removal.  The entire deck and interior was removed in order to prepare for the next step.

To a Bare Hull

The purpose behind all the demolition work is to get the hull down to an empty shell only, free of paint, grime, and internal structure.  Only when this was complete could new construction begin.
