I spent most of the morning wrapping up final details on purchasing another mast to replace the badly damaged one that came with the boat, and arranging transport for the spar.  It was a relief to get this more or less wrapped up.

Afterwards, I picked up some hardwood stock to use for support cleats for portions of the interior, which would allow me to continue various aspects of the construction.

During the afternoon, I began some preliminary work on some of the galley layout, limited mostly to consideration of the space, the old icebox, and related areas as I worked with the owner to finalize certain choices and decisions.  More on this in the near future.

After far more effort than it should have been, I completed the removal of the old Cutless bearing.  The final 3/4" or so finally gave up the ghost and released itself from the stern tube after I'd used the hole saw to remove the remainder.

I continued work on the minor skeg repair, washing and sanding the new fiberglass and then applying a first round of fairing filler to the area.
