In two separate work sessions during the day, half of the boat at a time, I installed two layers of biaxial tabbing over the hull-deck joint on each side of the boat, and across the transom.  For each side, I started by coating the gunwales with epoxy resin, then installed the two layers sequentially from stern to bow, butting the seams of each layer but overlapping the second layer by 50%.
