After cleaning up from painting yesterday and moving the staging to deck height, I spent the remainder of the day sanding the high-build on the decks and cockpit, beginning with the coachroof and cockpit areas, and continuing clockwise around the boat from the port quarter.  I used 220 grit by machine and by hand as the situation dictated.  I didn't quite get the entire deck sanded by the end of the day, with about half of the starboard sidedeck unfinished.  I sanded the surface till it was silky smooth and level, using a small light held at an angle as necessary to highlight areas requiring a bit more sanding to smooth.
